C'est le week end ! (Fle A1 - A2 futur proche)

Aujourd'hui, c'est le week end. Qu'est-ce que vous allez faire ?

Today, it's the week end. What are you going to do?

En général, je travaille le samedi matin, mais aujourd'hui, mes étudiants sont partis en vacances alors je suis en vacances aussi !

Usually, I work on saturday mornings, but today, my students are gone on holiday so I am on holiday too!

Ce matin, je vais prendre un grand petit-déjeuner, avec des croissants et un bol de café. Je vais lire le journal et peut-être que je vais retourner au lit pour lire le livre que je lis en ce moment.

This morning, I'm going to have a big breakfast, with croissants and a bowl of coffee. I'm going to read the newspaper and maybe I'm going to go back to bed to read the book that I'm reading at the moment.

Cet après-midi, avec mon mari, nous allons aller voir un spectacle de danse. après, nous allons aller boire un verre près de la rivière et ce soir nous allons aller au restaurant. Nous aimons beaucoup la cuisine de Malaysie, la cuisine chinoise, thai, indienne, marocaine... bref, nous aimons la cuisine épicée !

This afternoon, with my husband, we are going to see a dance show. After, we are going to have a drink near the river and tonight we are going to the restaurant. We like a lot food from Malaysia, chinese food, thai, indian, morrocan... in brief, we like spicy food!

Demain matin, je vais aller au cinéma avec une amie pour voir un film suédois, basé sur le livre "The girl who played with fire". J'ai adoré les 3 livres et j'ai beaucoup aimé le premier film.

Mon mari va faire la grasse matinée.

Tomorrow morning, I'm going to go to the cinema with a friend to see a swedish film based on the book "the girl who played with fire". I loved the 3 books and I liked a lot the first film.

My husband will have a lie in.

Je ne sais pas ce que nous allons faire demain après-midi, mais le week end est déjà bien occupé !

I don't know what we're going to do tomorrow afternoon, but the week end is already well busy!

Petite note sur le futur proche;

As you see, it's quite easy to speak in the future in French. It's actually the easiest tense!

Je vais faire du sport 

Tu vas faire du yoga 

Il va faire du bricolage (=DIY) 

Elle va faire du shopping 

On va faire (Informal "nous") du tourisme

Nous allons faire du ménage (=housework) 

Vous allez faire de la cuisine 

Ils vont faire la grasse matinée (=a lie in)

Elles vont faire un jogging

Avec la négation ;

Je ne vais pas voyager

Tu ne vas pas voyager

Il ne va pas voyager

Elle ne va pas voyager

On ne va pas voyager

Nous n'allons pas voyager

Vous n'allez pas voyager

Ils ne vont pas voyager

Elles ne vont pas voyager

Avec un verbe réfléchi ;

Je vais m'amuser (=I'm going to have fun)

Tu ne vas pas t'ennuyer (=you won't be bored)

Il va se promener

Elle va se coucher tard

On ne va pas se perdre (=we're not going to get lost)

Nous allons nous baigner (=we're going to bathe)

Vous n'allez pas bronzer (=you're not going to sunbathe)

Ils vont se marier

Elles vont se préparer (=they're going to get ready)

Une de mes apprenants commence à utiliser le passé composé et maintenant je lui sers le futur proche et elle me dit :"Madame, maintenant j'ai mal à la tête !" ... J'ai lu les commentaires et "No
comment !"
